The Cooper hospital has been infamous for mishandling many cases of celebrity deaths. The autopsy and postmortem (PM) was conducted by Drs at midnight and the summary PM report stated the cause of death as "asphyxia due to hanging" despite the strangulation mark. It failed to mention the other crucial information like injuries on the body and time of death.
