A 7 page FIR was filed against Rhea Chakraborty by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father Krishna Kishore Rajput which begs the question, “What line of investigation has Mumbai Police been chasing?”

The following points can be marked from the FIR lodged by him.

Sushant was doing well till 2019, until a woman named Rhea Chakraborty along with her whole family forged an acquaintance with Sushant. She wanted to use Sushant’s contacts to establish herself in the acting profession. As part of this conspiracy, Rhea along with her family members developed a close relationship with Sushant and started interfering in his day to day life. They also made him convince that his house was haunted, made him leave that house and put him at a resort near the Mumbai airport. They also repeatedly told him that he was talking absurd and said that they would get him treated by a doctor. In the middle of this, Sushant’s sister went to Mumbai to bring him back home, but they didn't allow him to come, which resulted in her coming back empty handed. Rhea then brought him to her house and overdosed him on medicines. They took complete control of him and his possessions. It resulted in less interactions with his family. Even his phone was with Rhea or either her family members. Rhea ensured a rider in his films that he would act in the films only if she is paired as the female lead opposite him. She replaced his old staff with new ones according to her wish and took away all his credit and debit cards. It seems that his sim card was changed by her and a new number was allotted to him on which his father used to speak to him sometimes. His father alleged that he told him that those people wanted to put him in a mental asylum. On one occasion, when Sushant went to meet his sisters in Delhi, Rhea would call him continuously asking him to return to Mumbai. In fact, it seems that Sushant wanted to quit films and go and settle in Coorg where he wanted to get involved in farming. His friend Mahesh was also ready to go with him, but Rhea objected to his plan. She threatened him saying that if he doesn’t listen to her, she would hand over the medical reports to media and prove that he is an insane person. When Rhea realized that Sushant was adamant, and that he wouldn't be of any use to her, and that his bank balance has reduced to a great extent, she on 8 th june, left his house with many things including cash and jewellery, his laptop, credit cards and passwords and many other important documents and blocked his number. Sushant called up his sister and told that he may get framed. He told her that Rhea threatened him that she would hand over his medical reports to the media, after which he wouldn't get any work. And on the same day, that is on 8th of June, Disha, whom Rhea had appointed as his manager on a temporary basis committed suicide. Sushant got scared that he would be framed in the matter. His sister has come to his place and lived with him for 4 days, after which on 14th of June, he committed suicide. His father alleged that Rhea alomg with her aides, cheated Sushant, committed fraud, kept him confined and forced him to suicide. He begged the Patna Police to investigate on the following aspects: Sushant had no mental issues till 2019. How did these crop up suddenly after he met Rhea? If he was indeed suffering from such an ailment, why were we they not contacted and why was a no-objection letter from them was not sought for his treatment? They suspect the doctors who attained to Sushant on Rhea’s behest were involved in the conspiracy. They demanded to know the line of treatment and what medicines were prescribed to Sushant. After going through Sushant’s bank account details, his father found out that he had 17 crore in his account initially, out of which 15 crores were transferred to accounts that had nothing to do with him. They demand a probe on all his bank accounts and how much money has been spent. Sushant wanted to settle in Coorg but Rhea objected to him and threatened to finish him off. They wanted to look deep into this. It seems that Sushant’s father had wanted to travel to Mumbai on several occasions , but being based in Patna, couldn't travel to Mumbai regularly. He said that he is 74 years old, and realized that the Mumbai Police, instead of bringing main culprits to book, investigated people who had very little to do with his untimely death. He prayed that his complaint must be looked into and a SIT be set up to probe the case.
